Vendors will be updated on a regular basis and as we get closer to the show, so keep a watch on this space. Vending tables are still available but going fast. Don't wait, because it may be too late. Tables are $25 each.

Exhibit entry costs - $10 first two entries, $1 each additional entry
Saturday registration starts at 9 AM and runs until 2 PM
Judging thoughout the day. Exhibit area closed between 2 PM and 3 PM
Awards presentation starts at approximately 3:30 PM
General Admission - $5, Children 12 an under free with accompanying adult

On street parking is available throughout downtown and is free on Saturdays. $10 Valet parking is available through the hotel for the parking garage.

There is an offloading location along the front of the venue for vendors and a side door into the conference hall. Vendors will not be permitted to park directly along the hotel driveway after they have unloaded and will need to park elsewhere during the show.
