Below is a list of awards and sponsorship levels, along with associated costs.  Some awards may already be sponsored and will be unavailable.  Some special awards shown are sponsored by individuals and not by the club.  All single awards, such as "Best Of" awards, can be sponsored by anyone on behalf of Tri-State Scale Model Expo, and credit will be given on the award or at the show, depending on the type of award.  Anyone wanting to sponsor a special award not listed, can do so through Tri-State Scale Modelers at costs shown.  Any special awards listed on the page need to be sponsored and paid for by no later than Friday, May 23.  Individuals can sponsor a special award on their own, outside of Tri-State Scale Modelers, if they choose.   Any special awards that are sponsored on an individual basis and not through Tri-State Scale Modelers need to be finalized by Friday, May 30, and notice given to Tri-State Scale Modelers by said date.  Tri-State Scale Modelers have the right to refuse any award that is purchased or created outside of Tri-State Scale Modelers and Tri-State Scale Model Expo.   All proceeds go towards awards for Tri-State Scale Model Expo.  All Platinum awards, Best of Show, remaining unsponsored special awards and Peoples Choice will be handled by the club.
