Pre-Registration is available and recommended, but not mandatory.  Pre-registering makes your day and ours go a little easier.

 

When you pre-register and submit your form, you will be assigned an Exhibitor number.  Your Exhibitor number will also include a "B" for Beginner or "J" for Junior if you are in those age groups.  All others in the Open group will include just a number.

 

Your exhibit number will include your Exhibitor number plus an "A" through "Z", depending on how many entries you have.

We've asked for an estimate number of entries, but if you have more entries the day of the Expo, we will account for them.  So, get those outstanding builds completed and ready!

When you submit your form, we will email you your Exhibitor number.  You can then fill out your exhibit sheets and email them back if you like.  When you come to the pre-registration desk the day of the Expo, we will have your packet ready and all you will do is give us your exhibit number, pay your total, and be on your way to the show room.

Pre-Registration will close Friday, June 20th, 2025.  Have your exhibit entry forms submitted by no later than Sunday, June 22nd.
